SARS Reneging on Tax Rebate

The accountant who does my personal tax indicated over a month ago that I was due a tax rebate. I received an SMS to say I was being audited. When I called SARS after the SMS, they said everything was in order and that my rebate would arrive in 5-7 working days. Nothing has happened. I called SARS twice today and after entering my details and getting 2 new (?) case numbers, the line went dead. This is no way to treat a loyal tax payer!
