SARS - Refuses to Asssist Taxpayer

I'm haivng issues with SARS because my previous company AES consulting **********ly submitted 2 IRP5's for the 2019/2020 tax year. SARS claims that i owe them on income that i did not receive. I have been communictaing with them since late 2020 to try to show them my payslips and salary slips. NOBODY IN SARS IS WILLING TO ASSIST. They will also not investigate AES consulting for not paying PAYE. I submitted a complaint to SARS but is was rejected as an "invalid" complaint. Can anyone help? I cant even get a contact email for the SARS Commissioner.
