SARS Refuse to pay back my money

<p>In 2010 there was a payment made to SARS of which they discovered that it was an error on their side, never the less years when by untill where they now need to refund me more than 250 back. In this case they refuse to pay me my money untill i can provide proof of payment for a payment made tio them in 2010. After speaking to the bank whereby they confirmed now that they cannot help me and SARS are also refusing to help i want all consumers out there to be aware that SARS will take and take and when it comes to them paying you they have millions of excuses. I will drag this out as far as i can as this is how we as consumers are being ****** every single day by SARS!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
