SARS Refunds Outstanding for 2 Years

Message: I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding tax refunds that SARS owes me for the past two years.

I have been in contact with SARS about this matter since July 2025 and, as requested, I submitted all required information during August 2025. Despite fulfilling every requirement, SARS has still not processed or paid out my refunds to date.

This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration. I urge SARS to resolve this matter urgently and ensure that the outstanding refunds are paid without further delay.
