Sars refund process is poor this year

I must say im highly disapointed with SARS this year. I completed my returns on time on the 04 July and i was due for a refund as i pay me medical scheme from my own pocket. I was selected for audit which is normal i guess. I was told id have to wait 21 days for the audit to be completed. Thats now become almost 2months and no one seems to do anything. If you owe sars you need to pay them otherwise you get interest added onto your outstanding. Since sars owes me a refund will i eventually get this back with interest? I highly doubt it. I just need someone i speak to to know what they are doing. last year everything was finalised and i got my money back way before the end of July. Whats happening this year sars???????
