Sars refund problems.

I am so irritated with sars. When owe them, they will make sure they collect immediately. However if they have to refund you all of sudden there is no turnaround time on their audits. I have been sent from pillar to post, requested old documents which I provided. Now they have to audit a year that I was working as a temp; which is delaying my refund. I have called the call center at least 8 times and have been to the branch 4 times. I would like to know when will I get my refund exactly?
