SARS REFUND PENDING AUDITS

I have open audits outstanding since mid December - I have called the call centre twice, its a simple tax return requiring very little audit time and my 2018 year was settled immediately- please assist and escalate this so i can get my 2017 refund or at least an estimation on when it will pay .
