SARS Refund Pending

Kindly help me to get my refund from SARS, since pending. I have submitted my returns on the 10th of October 2019,i was one of those who were selected for audit,type of assessment is original. Date of payment was supposed to be due on the 30th of November 2019. I was given a case number, ***, to keep on checking the status of the case, or the outcome, but when i check later, in December, they just say the system is not saying anything, just says still busy with it, but not saying until when and why is it delaying. I was given another case number to show that i have made an enquiry, which was ***.

After some weeks i went to SARS personally to make enquiries, but still did not get any clear answer. It is now 3 months full, which is 90 days, but still nothing is happening or no response or outcome.
