SARS REFUND NOT PAID

I've submitted my tax return in August and up till today i haven't been paid out as yet I've called in to sars numerous times and still they give me the same outcome its with "back office"they need to verify my details...this is unacceptable!!!! If the roles were reversed and we were the people owing sars money then we should pay it immediately otherwise they add interest!!!!!! The people at sars escalated my call to their managers and still nothing has been done...I've logged a complaint and still nothing has been done... so tell me whats the best way forward for this??? Cause logging a complain isn't helping at all.....
