Sars refund, not going happen

<p>I submitted my return on the Friday 30 September, was then requested to go into the branch, took time of work to gather the relevant documents. I handed this in at the Jhb branch on the 05/10/2016.</p> <p>I have been calling them since the 12 October as i was told the refund takes 7 working days, to date i have not received my refund and i spoke to a manager who told me to be patient as there is no turn around time, it could be today tomorrow or even next year. The final straw was today, i called in as per usual, answered and pressed a million buttons, for the agent on the other side to pretend that he can not hear me and he simply hung up on me. My question to sars is, when will i be refunded. i did as was required off me. please do what is required of you</p>
