SARS REFUND ISSUES

I'm super disappointed with Sars they will frustrate you by sending you correspondence every week which they charge you for and telling you to submit, after submitting all my necessary documents which were wanted by Sars, now they failing to make the refund all the consultants I spoke to all of them escalated to their managers and nothing is been solved, they promised to make the refund within 72hrs, today I was supposed to get my refund but nothing from Sars but every month they make sure they pull they're money from my salary, but getting refund from them it's a problem, my current case number *** spoke to the manager by the name of Ntombi honestly I don't have faith anymore because all of them are saying the same thing but no refund.
