SARS refund due but no payment from SARS

It is funny how SARS comes for their money when you owe them it is easy for them to just take your hard earned money. SARS has been giving me the run around asking me to submit the documents over and over again since July this year. I recently contacted sars they told everything is in order they have received all my documents. Yesterday I get another correspondence asking me to submit more supporting documents. I honestly don't know what to do anymore especially now because I can't really go to sars without booking. I'm currently unemployed I need my refund from SARS it's within my rights to get what's due to me.
