Sars refund deposit into wrong bank

Last week I received a message from sars that my account has been reviewed, then days later I received second sms saying that my banking details are incorrect for refund. I then called sars contact center to enquire about refund because I dnt remember going to sars to do a review. The lady who was helping me she then told me that I have a new bank Grindrod bank that has been capture under my name which I confirmed to her that I do not know that Grindrod bank and I am not banking with it. Yesterday I decided to check my statement of my account I found out that sars has deposited my refund onto that Grindrod bank on the 3rd of May after telling that lady who was helping me that I am not banking with that Grindrod bank. Now I call Grindrod bank for confirmation that I am not banking with them they are telling that they are an investment bank I must go back to sars and ask them the bank account so that they can check me on their system and the money that sars deposited into their account.
