SARS REFUND

Good day,

I have a refund that is due to me by SARS. I called them to make a follow up regarding my Refund but they told me I should firstly pay money I owe them then they will pay me money that is due to me. I made the payment and send them a proof of payment "multiple" times but they have not yet refunded me. This matter is from April 2023 and it's November 2023. I just spoke to one of their consultants,my reference number is #*** and #*** and she gave me the complaint telephone ☎️ numbers ***and said I must lodge a complain because she doesn't know why turn around time took so long.
