SARS refund

So I filed my tax return and am due a refund. I have yet to be paid. They say that each time they tey to pay me it bounces back. They said it was a problem with the bank. I contacted my bank and they say there's nothing wrong on their side, this I understand cuz I had money transferred to me yesterday. What I don't get is how, if I sent them a copy of my bank statement they still can't pay me. I don't have a pc so I e-filed and when I try updating my bank details, they can't even help me. Seems I will need to go to a branch and sort this out. Very dissatisfied!
