SARS REFUND

I've been going through hell with SARS agents. The 21 working days they allocated as a waiting period has past so I called the toll free line and I was comforted by a gentlemen that told me I will be contacted In 2 days and then I called 2days later and that he escalated to his manager and in his own words said he putting it as high priority. I called again yesterday 2days after the previous call and was told again "we have escalated to the manager and we will be in contact with you in 2 days". I called again today cause I figured it won't be resolved unless I become a nuisance. Today I was basically told " I don't know we will have to wait for the auditors to contact you and confirm. "I DONT KNOW" how comforting
