SARS REFUND

I did my efilling early July I received an sms saying that i have a refund that is due to me by them ,days later i received a correspondence saying that I must send my banking details for verification, I did that and I received a correspondence saying that they received my documents they are busy with them ,my refund will be paid in my account after 10 working days.I did not receive it from the 23rd of July I keep receiving those letters every Saturday. Then I decided to call them on the 16th of August 2022 I was told that the waiting period is 21 working days on the 19th of August I received a correspondence saying that I must send a copy of my self holding my identity document with a letter that has my case number I did that today it's day 21 but my refund is not reflecting in my account. In 2014 they were too quick to pay the ******** the refund that was due to me after I had reported to them that I have nothing to do with that refund I knew nothing about it.I reported to SARS that I did not do the returns they sent their investigator in August 2016 we spoke and he told me that they see that there was a ******* who did the returns without my consent,,last year November SARS went to my employer and started deducting money from my salary I reported again to their crime department nothing happened I paid R7200. which they knew very well that they paid to the ******* but now that I have done my returns they have all my documents from my employer and my banking details but they are taking long to pay the refund, But if it was the ******** i dont think they would have taken this long to pay them.
