SARS RECALLED FUNDS

I filed for VAT returns and there was a refund due to me by SARS,which was paid on my Standard Bank account on the 29th September.When I went to the bank they directed me to SARS and told me they have Recalled the funds,and gave me number *** which is never answered by anyone.Its been over a month now without any assistance from STD Bank or SARS,I am really upset because I have done everything possible to get help but no one seem to care.Even when I go to SARS branch they tell me to call this number knowing very well no one is gonna answer it

This is really frustrating to say the least
