SARS Randburg - long wait for attention

I had to go sort out my efiling at SARS Randburg. I spent 5 hours there on the Wednesday and 4 and half hours there on the Friday. Slow process and I am still waiting for them to do the assessment. I had to take annual leave on both days. Terrible lack of service!
