SARS - quick to take your money, slow to pay back

SARS promised to pay my tax return within 21 working days of submitting the claim, thereafter advised me to wait for 30 working days and call back. I called back 30 days later and was told to wait another 30 working days for auditing purposes. I cannot believe the poor service and miscommunication provided by SARS. They are so quick to deduct tax on a monthly basis but fail to pay back what they owe you. They were extremely unhelpful and their processes are an epic fail.
