Sars quick to take your money but not refund your money back

After Sars reassesed year 2010 and 2014 on the years 2021 after more than 10 years. They claimed my whole shares money paid out by my form on an it88. I had to go in to the branch to rectify the amount that they requested as 2010 was in my insolvent estate. From the 7 th of actober 2024 that my company paid the whole amount requested by sars. There is a R9698 amount to be refunded to me. Since the 7th of oct i had to submit proof and documents. Every time my case are closed and they need new documents and the time frame starts again at 21 days. Sars is quick to take your money. But to pay your money back is impossible. I have so mich case numbers and not 1 of the ****sultants speeks the same. After yesterday the 15th of october i had to submit the documents once again. When i wanted to submit. All the cases has been closed. Im so fedup requesting my hard earned money. *********** consultants at customer services
