SARS ****py service , who are never faithful to their own words.

I did a change of banking details and tax refund application mid july 2023 . SARS sent me a request to upload supporting documents . Two weeks ago they sent me a email with a refund status document which says they will strive to complete this process in 10 working days . Today when i contacted them on the 10th day a consultant tells me there a mistake on the system its actually 21 working days . What BS is this.

Oh by the way SARS I have your refund status on a legal document which says 10 days .
