SARS ****py Service

SARS service has gone from bad to worse. There is something seriously wrong with the system you guys are using. The calculations are off by a mile. It doesn't automatically pics up the IRP5 and it will give you HELL from there. It is a nightmare to submit any returns. You ask for the same documents over and again. I am so disappointed in your service, from the 7th of July I have been dealing with you guys sending me from pillar to post for the same information which has been provided. You then sent me ITSA with the balance that will be paid within 72 hours, but nothing was received and no correspondence was sent. Your service is appalling. ***
