SARS ****PY SERVICE

The level of service has dramatically dropped. It is such a hustle for us business people to retrieve a TAX CLEARANCE / SARS PIN as they call it. They will chase you away without even trying to assist you, when you get there not realizing that you woke up at 4 in the morning just wait in the Que for 5 hours.

They will tell you to go online and register for e-filling. When the account is active. There is no easy way of the help. Its is such a pain staking hustle for such a small simple thing. They will ask you to call them or request a call back when they call you. If they don't drop the call on you they still can't help you. I get the feeling that they don't know how to use their own systems then how can the expect us to navigate it. For the past 5 months it has been a cat and mouse game.

I have never been more feed up in my life. I just know what to do anymore. I have a registered company but i can't use it. I'm so frustrated at SARS for their ****py service.
