Sars putting you on hold

How does it take almost 4 months and counting but still no tax return money in my account Because of “incorrect bank details” when I’ve sent countless emails and pdf’s of my bank statement this is shocking service and when you go to a Sara you have to book an appointment. This is not the way things are supposed to be
