SARS preys on the poor citizens!

After a very bitter experience with SARS making me pay thousands of rands for a mistake they have made and admitted to, I finally made an arrangement since March of 2017, I am only left with January 2018 to finish paying and they keep increasing the amount. Bunch of ****** trying to milk me. I hate SARS
