SARS POOR SERVICE

I'm not very happy with SARS service, i have been taken from pillar to post since it's always different stories with them, first i have to go through verification of which i understand coz o had changed banking, i did everything they requested me to do i even went to SARS branch in Jhb Rissik just to submitted my documents coz they couldn't open the ones that I had send now my problem is I'm supposed to get my returns a month back the problem was the banking details they had to lift up Banking/Stopper something like that of which i personally went to the Branch to support now they coming up with stories that I'm under audit for 2017 and 2020 my questions is what does that have to do with my refund?? I know my rights I'm supposed to have received my refunds whether I'm under audit or not.. And do I have to wait for the whole month and half
