SARS POOR SERVICE!!!

when i was registering for a tax number, two numbers where allocated to me by SARS. I have been calling going to branches for SARS to permanently remove the duplicate Tax number because i have issues everytime i wanna use Efilling. this have been going on for 4 years and every year is the same story. This again same story and for the past 4 weeks i have been calling SARS and still not getting any help instead i speak to consultants that are Rude and have empty promises. I need to register for VAT and verify my new banking details for my tax returns to be paid to the correct account. The service i got from SARS is appalling and even today the consultant who was assisting me put the phone down on my ear. I need help ASAP.
