SARS poor poor service - Audit Department

Worst service than this of SARS is difficult to find. Waiting for my tax refund for months now. Every time I call them I am told that my case has been escalated with the Audit department. All my documents are in order and no audit is required. The best part is that that Audit Department has no turn around time on cases against there name.
