SARS poor excuse for decling a return

In the 2021 tax year I successfully submitted a tax claim for working at home and received a tax return. Last year I did the same with exactly the same information format I sent in 2021. It has been an uphill battle to receive a return.

The excuse from SARS is that my work place is not solely for work purposes, even though I stay alone and only use my 2nd room for work. Furthermore why was I granted a return before when I haven't changed my property.

I need an explanation to the above, I pay a lot in taxes every year and SARS declines return which is a fraction of what I pay in a year is an absolute joke!
