SARS- Please release REFUNDS- pass 21 days now!!

The incompetency at SARS is really bad- way passed the 21 days and my refund is still stuck with them and no help even when you follow up, it's day 45 now..South Africa is falling apart. They are definitely not getting my vote this time around. Rather go RED. I'm done dealing with this Micky mouses at government offices claiming to be working yet they don't serve us adequately. It's disgusting that we have to go through this, they are affecting millions of honest hard working citizens of this country who pay their taxes to keep everything going but are unappreciated by this ******* gov.
