SARS PINETOWN BRANCH KZN

My name is Joseah Msimango, I am 55 years old. The SARS Pinetown branch in KZN, have been dragging my claim for about 4 months now, whenever I go there for a query, I am told to wait 21 days waiting period for my claim to come through. It has been more than 130 days, still my claim has not been PROCESSED or came through.

This has made a negative impact in my life and it has emotionally and physically drained me as someone who's approaching a pension.

I have lost hope in our system, as a mid-citizen of South Africa and law abiding citizen. I have no idea on what steps to take further right now, it's very sad.
