SARS PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried contacting SARS so many times for over 2 years!!!!!! :-( , I have mailed, tried calling, requested agents to call back and received no response. but now I have an outstanding penalties that they consistently mail me every month, I am unable to get to a branch hence why I have tried other means to contact them, now I have penalties of R18 000, but no one answers the phones so how am I supposed to resolve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!so frustrated with lack of service,
