SARS PEOPLE NOT WORKING

People SARS is becoming a problem when I want to do my tax compliance status they turn me back n tell me to do it online through efiling and is not linking as they say it does.the system is not user friendly it seem as if it needs some bit of training for one to understand better but yet they keep pushing me away when I request help ,they tell me to book appointment online and yet their system is not complying when I do so.How can we get assistance as law abiding citizens of South Africa
