No response on emails, no professionalism. call centre Number doesn't work either.

3 months later they still have not responded to 10 emails and complaints that was brought up with the branch manager.

Perhaps it's time they get the spotlight in the news from the tax ombudsman again as what happened in 2017 after 500 complaints of unfair delays for tax refunds.This time specific to this branch and highlighted in news and media outlets.
