SARS PAYMENT

I have been awaiting for the 21 days to pass since I have submitted by documents on the 29 July 2022. Today it is the 1st September 2022 and have not received any form of communication from SARS. I make a call and after queueing from number 600 either I speak to the consultant who makes me to hold while checking and get cut without getting back to me and he never calls again and have to await from number 600 again only to cut at number 16. Worst part you can't just go to their offices without appointment and don't have time to go there if I can call.
