SARS PAYMENT

I recently submitted my efilling to which a calculation was done and an amount was owed to me.I contacted the Sars line and spoke a guy named Anelle.I told him that I was waiting 4 days for my payment and still not received it, I said this because the last time I received money back I waited 3 days,Anellethan told me I have to wait 21working days..I'm just writing this to see if anyone could give me feedback on this and if anyone experienced the same thing.
