Sars pathetic, useless and uncaring

So I was told when I changed my banking, just change it on the e filing by Sars. I did this no refund, then I was told you need to go into a branch and produce originals, which I did wasting hours of my time. No refund. I called again and yes they know I was at the branch and produced the correct documents BUT, they have a new system which 2 days after my visit stopped payment. Guess what , i have to go through the process all over again as they say the New System cannot be changed or over ridden. Just like all the SOE's Sars are beyond useless unless they want money from you. I wish i could give them no stars and actually useless as to good a word for these *********** idiots.
