sars pathetic service

i would like to complain about the service i have been getting from sars since the efiling season started.sars in february deducted a amount of R1000 through my employer in error when i request sars to release my 2023 refund i was told that i must send supporting documents and wait 21 days of which i did send supporting documents after 21 days i did escalate the matter with sars and it was sent to escalation department and also escalated with accounts it nearly 10 days now since the escalation was sent through but no feedback was given to me everytime when i call i am told a different lie regarding my refund am really fed up of what sars is doing you have to wait hours on the call to be **** to .
