SARS-PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so fed up with SARS. I have been trying for over 2 years to get them to correct an error which they made on my personal tax. Call after call, email after email, an online appointment!! and to the cherry on top, i cant even lodge any more disputes on E-filing as it says i have exhausted all disputes! After holding for almost 3 hours, the agent on the phone cuts me off.... again! I am at my wits end, I am receiving final notices now, but cant do anything about it! when does this end, its absolutely pathetic that after at least 30 calls not one person has actually been able to sort this out.
