SARS owes me money and there stupid system we as the public needs to follow and you dont have a say

Someone needs to do something about this.......

I submitted all my paperwork to SARS on the 3 August 2018 and had to return on the 6 August 2018 to load one more document they indicated 21 working days for Audit and that was that. I called them on working day 22 to discover that no one worked on my audit i made a big seen on the phone and with in the same day the Auditor Cicelia called me from n private number and her email addess is ********** to ask me how my logbook works, its a very simple excel document that anybody can read and the Auditor said ok its fine. One more week later i called again as i need my return from SARS to discover that the auditor wrote n note on the system that i need to update my logbook . I was so upset i down loaded n logbook from the SARS website and hand written everything over so that n ****** can read it and understand it i then went to SARS in Cape Town and submitted this logbook again and nothing differ as information its just n written document now. I got the floor manager involved and the ops manager so that this can be seen to urgently. The floor manager then sent emails to the audit dept and they promised to call me with an update. I then returned home and a week later still no phone call and not an email from them. I then logged a complaint then to be told it will take another 21 working days for feedback.

Now let me tell you this is utmost the biggest **** i have ever come across. What can i do futher because i am not happy you call the call centre to then speak to a person then you request to speak to a teamleaded then this person send emails to who i dont know but nothing as a positive phone call or an email to say whats going on. I have names, numbers and email adresses and i will include it in this complaint because it needs to go public.

What steps do we as the public take to get our monies owed to us from SARS ?? But if this was the other way around SARS will send you letters of demand to pay them asap and they will even take you to court.

The team leader that i get hold of most often is Partick Plaatjies and his number is ********** 77 and his email adress is ********** his a good **** with alot of promises and his the one that said there is nothing he can do i must log a complaint i did that is what he told me and now i must wait 21 woking days again for the complaint centre to follow up with feedback to me.

Someone please advise me what do i do next....

I am unemployed and this money is so urgently needed i cant even explain it.
