SARS OWES ME MONEY AND ARE NOT PAYING IT!

I would give SARS a 0 rating if I had the opportunity! SARS is owing me money, I have uploaded all my documentation. Every time I phone in, they say this is outstanding, that is outstanding when everything has been provided. Then I am telling the consultant that I can see it currently on the SARS efiling portal, she says she has no access to the system and cannot access it. Then she cannot provide details on her Manager. Philile you are *********** and pathetic and are of no help at all. And then after I listened to her garbage for 30 minutes long, she cuts the call on me! I am referring SARS to the Ombudsman for unfair treatment. All my taxes are paid in full, I am fully compliant, my money is due & I want it!
