SARS OWES ME !!!

My returns were due for payout in October. SARS tells me that my case is with their auditors, this after waiting for the 21 business days they said it would take to have my money returned, now they say I have to wait indefinitely because no one knows how long the auditors process will take. It is quite clear that the delay tactics are a cashflow issue. I logged a complaint which I was told would also take 21 business day to resolve, again 21 business days have come and gone. Now SARS not only owes me my money, they also owe me a response to my complaint.
