SARS owe me.

Hello I am Agnes Madela with I.D no. *** I always work as a substitute teacher,I dont have benefits like permanent employees,Sars always deduct +/- R6000 and give it back after a circle of IRP5,this year my IRP5 showed that a total amount of R24 500 was deducted by SARS,like always it shows how much I must get from Sars and i always get that amount,but now SARS says i was owing then R24 600 and something so that R24 500 that was to be mine has already paid theirs...and now I owe them R0.13........what I want from Sars is my money,I can't owe Sars bcs I am not permanent, I dont have any business,I don't have any benefits like medical aids,I only got 4 months substitute posts of which sars is always deducting R6000+
