SARS offering Poor Services Constantly

SARS services is very poor and frustrating at times. I submitted my supporting documents 8th September 2022 and told to wait 21 days. 21 days passed and I called for follow-up and was told to Call after 5 days because they are escalating the matter. Note that calling SARS You wait on the line for above 30 minutes. I called again after 10 days, was told they will send another follow-up. I called again today, waited for 45 minutes on the line before they answered and Yes its frustrating because I still didn't get assistance. The Consultant kept acting like She doesn't hear me when was outlining my frustration wwhereas She heared me when was giving my information for security reasons. If You want Poor Service delivery, Contact SARS they will definitely offer that to You.
