SARS not verifying banking details!!!

I submitted my 2019 return and it reflected no Audit with a refund.The following day I saw a refund date with a refund reversal so I called the call centre and they notified me I should verify my bank details at the SARS branch.I went to the SARS Pretoria North with all my documents and the gentleman assured me it was updated now.

When I phoned SARS again to find out what is happening with my refund I was told the banking details are uploaded but NOT verified??? So why did I go to the SARS branch then,also I was tild im being audited now so I uploaded all dicuments on efile that SARS already have???

SARS please verify my banking details I was at the branch and took me whole day!!!
