SARS NOT RESPONDING

<p>On the 7th of September 2016 I went to Sars Soweto, I greatly helped however i was due for a refund of R2946....which an sms i received from sars confirmed that it will be paid on the 30/10/2016 and 01/11/206 however that never happend, to date I am still waiting, i have followed up every week and every week i get s different answer,I have escalated this and still not feedback has been provided. If there is anyone who can helpme do.</p>
