SARS NOT PAYING THEIR CLIENTS!

My sister inlaw and my brother had to get a payout on the 9th of Feb which still has not been done... When she calls the customer service they tell her they can't help her and that she is committing ***** by logging into her husbands efiling, but meanwhile it is not ***** if she has signing rights on all of his stuff... The manager is supposed to call my brother which he has not done either.... Pathetic service from SARS!!!!! They told her they can't help her because he has to phone them himself, but 2 days before school started they phoned her to tell her that the money will be paid out on the 9th... SARS you need to get your act together and start helping them!
