SARS not paying my Tax Refund

I'm not getting my Tax Return back from SARS. Every week they send me this message:

Dear Taxpayer, your Income Tax refund for 2********* is on hold due to your banking details being in the process of verification. We strive to complete the process within 10 working says. #YourTaxMatters.

They have my correct banking details, my accountant sent it to them months ago. When I email them they send me query case numbers then do nothing to resolve my tax refund.
