SARS NOT PAYING AFTER RETURNS

I submitted my tax returns through efiling on 2nd September, on the calculation it shows there's money due to me. it's been over 2 months now and no feedback from SARS, I emailed them and was given a ref number but still no feedback.I called them , given a ref number but still NO feedback. What is going on with SARS when they have to pay????
